  Took a Ravioli cooking class offered by Gio on 1/25/16 as a part of his Homemade Pasta Series. Everything was excellent he offered many helpful tips, the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and participate and most importantly four delicious raviolis to eat. As a first timer I was exactly sure what to expect but was very pleased. He answered all participants questions and offered a lot of helpful information for even a fairly seasoned home cook. My mother took another class in the area a few weeks prior and said this one was much more informative and Gio was much more knowledgeable. She walked away feeling like she learned a lot more about cooking than in the other. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in a cooking class. PS - bring your own wine as his website states
